About Bradley County Court Docket

Bradley County court dockets and case records are divided among Circuit and Criminal Court, General Sessions, Chancery, Juvenile, and city court offices. No statewide portal ties all those trial records together. This private reference site organizes the official Tennessee and local access routes so a reader can identify the right clerk, public portal, address, or phone number without mistaking one court system for another.

Why We Built This Site

Tennessee provides public access to many court records under Supreme Court Rule 34, subject to court procedures and limits for sealed or protected material. In Bradley County, finding the custodian is the hard part. The Circuit and Criminal Court Clerk handles several county divisions, while the Clerk and Master, Juvenile Court office, and Cleveland and Charleston court clerks keep separate records. The state Public Case History system covers appeals, not ordinary local trials. We organize those distinctions, official contacts, and request paths in one place.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guidance: ways to locate and read criminal dockets and civil dockets in Bradley County
  • Settings: how to confirm court dates with the office responsible for the case
  • Case lookups: how local trial access differs from the appellate search described in Case Lookup
  • Record requests: how to seek inspection, plain copies, or certified court records from the right clerk

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference resource, not part of any Tennessee court, clerk's office, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their results, prices, and privacy practices. We may receive a referral fee when a tool leads to a paid signup, which supports site operation. A partner result is not an official Bradley County docket and must be checked with the court or clerk that keeps the source record.
